Eden Seating Chart


Please read our order process here before placing your order.

We recommend placing your order no less than 5 weeks prior to the date you require your signage (not your wedding date).

  • A1 sign: 594 x 841 mm (recommended for 100 or less guests)
  • Large sign: 694 x 1295mm (recommended for 100 to 200 guests)
  • Printed on a sturdy 5mm thick foamcore board
  • Digitally printed
  • Your order includes 2 rounds of edits to your seating arrangement. Further changes will be invoiced at $75 per proof. Please keep in mind changes to your design proof will delay turn around time.
  • Seating allocations can be arranged by table or alphabetically. Please use the excel templates provided when placing your order.

Ships via courier within 10 business days once artwork is approved.

If your spreadsheet is not set up correctly we will contact you to resubmit it.

All seating charts and welcome signs will ship via courier with tracking.

We always recommend delivering to an address where you will be available during business hours to receive your order.  In most cases, couriers will not leave your parcel unattended if the street address is an apartment block.

It is your responsibility to track your parcel and arrange redelivery if you were not available to receive your parcel at the address you provided to us.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (Not including production)

Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days
Melbourne Metro: 2-4 business days
Adelaide: 4-5 business days
Canberra: 4-5 business days
Perth: 7-8 business days

Regional areas vary greatly depending on location. As an estimate please allow 6-7 business days for most Eastern state regional areas, and 8-10 business days in WA regional areas.
