A suggested timeline to plan your wedding invitations

This allows for:
- Design & proofing: generally 10 weeks
- Printing & finishing: included in those 10 weeks
- Shipping to you: generally 1 week
- Personal buffer: generally 1 week before mailing
Mail your invitations
(Send earlier if you're having a destination wedding or have many international guests.)
RSVP deadline for guests.
This gives you time to finalise numbers for seating charts, catering, and day-of stationery.
General
Start by browsing our design range of collections. Once you've chosen a design you love, complete our quote request form. We will put together a quote based on your requirements.
Upon approval of your quote, and signed terms and conditions we require a 50% deposit. Once that is finalised you are officially booked.

Once we've received your deposit we will be in touch with our invitation wording form. Once you've completed the form we will begin designing your first digital design proof. Please allow 5 business days for your first proof.
You then have two rounds of complimentary revisions to perfect your design. Additional revisions to your design will be invoiced.
Typically we find our projects take 8-10 weeks once we have received the wording for your order. This is a guide only and varies depending on the amount of changes requested and response times.
Once your artwork has been approved, please allow 5 weeks for us to produce your invitations. Please allow additional time for shipping.
We have a minimum order of 50 pieces per item.
Please contact us and let us know when you require your invitations. If we are able to prioritise your order, a 30% rush order fee will apply. This will be invoiced once we confirm if it is possible.
Unfortunately we do not design any artwork prior to the order being placed.
Envelopes with guest addressing (digitally printed) are included with all invitation, save the date, rsvp cards, and thank you card orders.
Your invitations do not arrive assembled however our assembly service can be added to your order for an additional charge.
We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 extra invitations at the time of making your order. This takes into account any last minute additions to your guest list.
Once you have approved your design proof we cannot change the quantity of your order.
We're based in Melbourne, Australia and ship invitations worldwide.
Design
We specialise in designing wedding stationery, therefore we don't print artwork supplied to us.
All wording and colours can be customised. Layouts can not be customised. Please see our style guide for more information
Yes we do offer venue illustrations, it is our most popular embellishment option. Please provide us with the exact image you would like us to illustrate.
We love creating beautiful printed stationery that your guests will cherish. Therefore we do not offer digital stationery.
We strictly do not disclose the fonts we use under any circumstances. This is to protect our intellectual property and future print revenue.
Shipping
Yes, we ship our stationery all over the world.
Australia
We ship invitations via Australia Post express with signature on delivery.
International
Ship via DHL International Express (3-7 business days depending on location).
All orders include tracking and signature on delivery.
Any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Payments
We securely accept all major credit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal.
All invoices are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you’re outside Australia, your bank or card provider will convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate, so the final figure on your statement may vary slightly from the total shown at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
As our work is made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances.
