WHEN TO ORDER YOUR WEDDING INVITATIONS
Planning the perfect wedding involves careful timing and precision, and ordering your wedding invitations is no exception. To ensure that your guests receive their invitations well in advance and that we have adequate time to design and produce your invitations, use our guide opposite to help with your planning.
Please complete our enquiry form and we will put together your custom proposal. If you are happy to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your place in our schedule. The remaining 50% is due once your artwork is approved and prior to production commencing.
Once we've received your deposit we will be in touch with a form to complete to gather more details about the vision for your wedding and stationery in more detail.
Once we have received your completed form we will then arrange a time to discuss your stationery ideas further before starting on your first digital design proof.
You then have two rounds of complimentary revisions to perfect your design. Additional revisions to your design will be invoiced and charged at $75 per proof.
Save the Dates & Invitations
On average our orders take 8 weeks for us to design and print.
This is a general guide only and the time frame varies depending on how quickly we receive the wording for your order, how many changes you require to the artwork, the print methods you select and the complexity of your order.
Day-Of Items (including Menus, Seating Charts and Welcome Signs)
Please allow 6 weeks (plus shipping) for us to design and print your Menus & Seating Charts from the date we recieve your guest list and seating allocation.
Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding lead times.
We recommend sending out your wedding invitations 3 months before your wedding day.
Save the Dates should be sent 9-12 months before the day.
Invitations should be sent 2-4 months before the day, or even earlier if save the dates weren't sent.
Envelopes are included with all invitation, save the date, rsvp cards, and thank you card orders.
Once we have received the completed wording for your order, please allow a minimum of 5 business days to receive your first life-like digital proof.
We do have a minimum order of 50 units. This is to cover the labour and material costs involved with each project. We can print less, however the price for 10 or 20 will be the same as 50.
Your invitations do not arrive assembled however our assembly service can be added to your order if desired.
We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 extra invitations at the time of making your order. This takes into account any last minute additions to your guest list.
Once you have approved your design proof we cannot change the quantity of your order.
Please contact us and let us know when you require your invitations. If we are able to prioritise your order, a 30% rush order fee will apply. This will be invoiced once we confirm if it is possible.
We're based in Melbourne, Australia and work remotely with couples around the world.
We are not a trade printer, therefore we don't print ready-made artwork supplied to us.
Unfortunately we do not design any artwork prior to the order being placed.
We love creating beautiful printed stationery that your guests will cherish. Therefore we do not offer digital stationery.
We strictly do not disclose the fonts we use under any circumstances. This is to protect our intellectual property and future print revenue.
Yes, we ship our stationery all over the world.
