COVID-19 and your wedding. We're here to help

We're still designing and printing stationery as usual and are here to help if your wedding has been impacted by this unfortunate situation.

Whether you have ordered your stationery from us, or were planning to, we've put together some options to help communicate with your guests any changes to your wedding day due to COVID-19. Please also see some sample wording suggestions below.

REPRINTS

If you have ordered your wedding stationery from us prior to March 2020 and your wedding has been impacted by COVID-19, please get in touch. We are offering our existing clients a 50% discount for reprints due to date changes caused by Coronavirus. Please contact us at info@ivoryandstone.com.au.

FREE DIGITAL E-VITES

If you have ordered your wedding stationery from us prior to March 2020, we are offering a digital version of your Invitations or Save the Date Cards if your wedding date has been impacted by Coronavirus. This can be emailed to your guests to communicate any detail changes regarding times, dates and locations. Please contact us at info@ivoryandstone.com.au.

CHANGE THE DATE/SAVE OUR NEW DATE CARDS

For any couples currently planning their wedding during this time of uncertainty, we've created a range of 'Change the Date' and 'Save our New Date' Cards. You can view the range here.

As a special offer we are letterpress printing these cards for the price of digital printing.

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS

As we expect 2021 to be a heavily booked year due to 2020 wedding postponements, we do suggest continuing to plan your stationery early to avoid any stress later on. We are happy to begin design work and only print once you have your final information confirmed. We have flexible payment options are available including 50% deposits and Afterpay.

If you are looking to place a stationery order, we strongly suggest including a link to a wedding website and informing guests to check for updates. This can either be included on the main invitation or an enclosure card. This is a safe way to avoid any reprints down the track.
